“The Municipal Budget Office of Pan-ay envisions high competency in both financial and technical aspects in the preparation of the annual performance budget with effective and efficient work force and strong democratic leadership in response to the needs of the clients.”
MISSION
“The Municipal Budget Office shall undertake training programs and seminar-workshops on topics related to its nature of work as a capability building measure; ensure that there are enough available resources equipment and facilities to fulfill the jobs in effective and efficient manner; and encourage the full support and cooperation of municipal officials and the constituency for its efforts thereby ensuring delivery of full services to the clients and stakeholders.”
GOALS
- To carry on all municipal government, activities under a comprehensive calendar plan developed, authorized and executed in accordance with the existing laws, prevailing status and the principles of sound management;
- To provide for periodic review and disclosure of the budgetary status of the municipality in such detail that persons entrusted by law with the responsibility, as an enlightened citizenry can determine the adequacy of a budget taken, authorized or proposed and the true financial position of the municipal government.
